Diagnosed at 23 with sever endometerious, a hysterectomy was recommended.

My entire being cried out No at that recommendation.

I KNEW I had more children to birth So I refused and started doing research.

While the doctor only offered surgery and potentially dangerous effects from medications, I quickly learned that my diet was a huge part. As well my emotional responses to my life.

Sidenote: I birthed  2  babies after that diagnoses, even though I was told I was infertile with lil chance of pregnancy.

At 26, I was diagnosed with Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) , when I sought help for the  depression, anger and anxiety that was ruiing my life.. I was fine for 3 weeks, a crazy, depressed woman with outbursts of rage for a week each month. The rest of the time I was happy, so blessed with my growing family, business and my marriage. But that one week wreaked havoc on my family and created huge fractures in my marriage.

Step, by step, year by year I learned more about my cycle on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Through the process I have transformed my period from CRAZY BITCH to a PEACEFUL MAMA.

Taking my personal experience, plus 15 years in the holistic health field as a hypnotherapist, childbirth educator, doula and massage therapist I have created this informative e-course to help you transform your period. Taking the basics concepts from my popular Banish the Bad Mood Mama workshops and day retreats, I have expanded the materiel to include natural PMS / PMDD management information and resources.
